Deal Structuring & Strategy
If you're still negotiating, drafting, or figuring out how the deal should work — this is where to start. I help clients structure transactions, develop negotiation strategy, and get the terms right before anything is finalized.
Deal structuring is not just about drafting — it's about making sure the deal is set up correctly before the documents are written. I work with clients to define the structure, identify the risks, and develop a strategy that protects their position from the start.
Complex transactions require someone who is actually engaged in the details. I work directly with you — not through a team — to understand the deal structure and make sure every document reflects your intent and protects your position.
Deal structuring engagements start with a strategy session and are scoped to your specific transaction.
Step 01
Book a Deal Structuring Consultation ($350). We'll discuss your deal, the structure, and what legal support makes sense. This fee is credited toward the engagement if you move forward within 14 days.
Step 02
After the consultation, I'll outline the scope of work, the approach, and the flat fee or hourly rate for the engagement. No surprises.
Step 03
I work directly with you through drafting, negotiation, and closing. You have direct access throughout — no handoffs.
Pricing: Deal structuring engagements are scoped individually based on the complexity and nature of the transaction. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. The initial Deal Structuring Consultation ($350) is credited toward the engagement if you proceed within 14 days.
